Description:
Attendees will enjoy access to subject matter experts in workers’ compensation underwriting, premium audit, claims administration, workplace safety and workers’ compensation law. Presenters will cover topics related to the underwriting of trucking risks, important aspects of premium audits, managing the workers’ compensation and claims management process, cannabis use and other emerging legal issues in workers’ compensation. Industry-leading workplace safety experts will better prepare attendees to educate policyholders about workplace safety and how to develop an effective workplace safety plan.
