CIC examinations must be taken online through your PROfile page in the week following the class, beginning Monday, 12:01 a.m. until Thursday, 11:59 p.m. Central. The exam must be proctored by a pre-approved disinterested third party. You must submit your selected proctor’s information to The National Alliance by the end of the course. You can find further instructions on the guidelines here.
Testing is not required to get CE or to maintain a CIC designation. Testing is only required if obtaining your CIC designation.
