Description:Offers a broad look at how the National Flood Insurance Program works, what it covers, and how flood zones and rating elements affect policies. The class also explores major property‑related exclusions—especially earthquake—and examines how coverage can be added back through options like DIC (difference in conditions) policies. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of key exclusions, available solutions, deductibles and practical considerations to better guide clients through two of the most significant catastrophic loss exposures.
