Description:
Farm insurance is an interesting line of business. It has a personal homeowner’s exposure with the dwelling, personal property and personal liability. However, the farm portion of the risk is tailored more toward commercial-like coverage and policy language. This complex web of policy contract language, coverage needs and ever-changing market demands can be difficult to master.

This course will start with reviewing foundational coverages and contract language. We will explore field underwriting and risk control needs to identify risks and mitigate future losses. Throughout the course, we will use case examples to illustrate the material covered. Open question format will allow real time discussion to tailor the flow of the course to focus on your needs to service the farm client of today.
