NOTE: Effective January 1, 2022, The National Alliance has changed the guidelines for CIC in-person courses. CIC courses will now take place over a two-day period with no in-person examination option. CIC examinations must now be taken online through the PROfile page in the week following the class, beginning Monday at 12:01 a.m. through Thursday at 11:59 p.m. Exam takers must submit a proctor request prior to the end of the class through the PROfile page. Learn the fundamentals of strategic planning within an agency and learn what actions are needed to achieve growth. In the CIC Agency Management course, you will learn how to apply the management theories, methods and procedures necessary to operate a successful insurance agency. Leave the class prepared to implement strategies designed to increase agency profitability.

This class is approved for 13 general & 3 ethics in Missouri. Contact the Society of CIC at alliance@scic.com for CE credits for other states.

Wednesday
Registration: 7:30 - 8 a.m.
Class: 8 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. (Lunch is on your own 12:15-1:15)
Exam Briefing: 5:15-5:45 p.m.
Thursday
Class: 8 am - 5 p.m. (Lunch is on your own 12-1)
