NOTE: Effective January 1, 2022, The National Alliance has changed the guidelines for CIC in-person courses. CIC courses will now take place over a two-day period with no in-person examination option. CIC examinations must now be taken online through the PROfile page in the week following the class, beginning Monday at 12:01 a.m. through Thursday at 11:59 p.m. Exam takers must submit a proctor request prior to the end of the class through the PROfile page. In the Insurance Company Operations course, you will learn strategic decision-making strategies for the purpose of satisfying regulatory requirements, meeting compliance standards, product development, underwriting, distributing and marketing, processing claims, and other vital company functions.

This course is approved for 16 general continuing education credits in Missouri. Contact the Society of CIC at alliance@scic.com for CE credits for other states.

Wednesday
Registration: 7:30 - 8 a.m.
Class: 8 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. (Lunch is on your own 12:15-1:15)
Exam Briefing: 5:15-5:45 p.m.
Thursday
Class: 8 am - 5 p.m. (Lunch is on your own 12-1)
