Also, understanding how agencies function is essential training for both insurance agency and company personnel. CLASS TIME: Testing is not required to get CE or to maintain a CISR designation. Testing is only required if obtaining your CISR designation. New Exam Information for CISR Courses: Testing will be through TNA’s online LMS and will be available to you the following Monday, 12:01 AM until Thursday, 11:59 PM Central.
