Instructor: Thomas Franzen This course, like Commercial Casualty I, strengthens your ability to have productive, assured interactions with your commercial customers in the area of commercial casualty exposures and coverages. In this course the focus is the Business Auto Policy, the Workers Compensation Policy and Excess Liability Policies. You will improve your understanding in each of these areas. Testing is not required to get CE or to maintain a CISR designation. Testing is only required if obtaining your CISR designation. New Exam Information for CISR Courses: Testing will be through TNA’s online LMS and will be available to you the following Monday, 12:01 AM until Thursday, 11:59 PM Central.
