Instructor: Thomas Franzen Insurance professionals need training in the risk management process for two reasons. First, insurance is an integral part of their client's overall risk management program. Second, services provided by carriers, agencies and brokerages are often significant items in the organization's cost of risk. In this course we will cover each of the five powerful steps in this process, which protect not only the organization's assets, but also its mission and its brand. Testing is not required to get CE or to maintain a CISR designation. Testing is only required if obtaining your CISR designation. Testing will be through TNA’s online LMS and will be available to you the following Monday, 12:01 AM until Thursday, 11:59 PM Central. The exam must be proctored by a disinterested third party.
