Effective July 1, 2022, All CISR in-person, hybrid, and webinar courses will have the same exam window for taking the final exam. CISR examinations must now be taken online through the PROfile page. The exam window will begin immediately after the course concludes through the following Thursday at 11:59 pm Central Time Zone. The exam windows during the holidays throughout the year will be determined in advance and adjusted accordingly.

Please note: The exam help inbox (examhelp@scic.com) support coverage remains open during normal operational business hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Central Time Zone. Any request for help outside of normal business hours will be responded to upon the next business day.

Q&A: 3:30 - 4 p.m.
Exam: 4 - 5 p.m.
