Learn the fundamentals of strategic planning within an agency and learn what actions are needed to achieve growth. In the CIC Agency Management course, you will learn how to apply the management theories, methods and procedures necessary to operate a successful insurance agency. Leave the class prepared to implement strategies designed to increase agency profitability. Registration fee is per person. You cannot pay for one person and have several others listen in. Each attendee must be a paid registrant. Attendance is verified by each attendee's personal link. Webinar Times: CIC examinations must be taken online through your PROfile page in the week following the class, beginning Monday, 12:01 a.m. until Thursday, 11:59 p.m. Central. The exam must be proctored by a pre-approved disinterested third party. If you need assistance, the exam help inbox (examhelp@riskeducation.org) is monitored during normal business hours of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT.
