Learn the fundamentals of strategic planning within an agency and learn what actions are needed to achieve growth. In the CIC Agency Management course, you will learn how to apply the management theories, methods and procedures necessary to operate a successful insurance agency. Leave the class prepared to implement strategies designed to increase agency profitability.

CIC examinations must be taken online through your PROfile page in the week following the class, beginning Monday, 12:01 a.m. until Thursday, 11:59 p.m. Central. The exam must be proctored by a pre-approved disinterested third party. You must submit your selected proctor’s information to The National Alliance by the end of the course. You can find further instructions on the guidelines here.

Testing is not required to get CE or to maintain a CIC designation. Testing is only required if obtaining your CIC designation.
