Description

In the Insurance Company Operations course, you will learn strategic decision-making strategies for the purpose of satisfying regulatory requirements, meeting compliance standards, product development, underwriting, distributing and marketing, processing claims, and other vital company functions.

CIC examinations must be taken online through your PROfile page in the week following the class, beginning Monday at 12:01 PM through Thursday at 11:59 PM. Exam takers must submit a proctor request prior to the end of the class through their PROfile page. Testing is not required to get CE or to maintain a CIC designation. Testing is only required if obtaining your CIC designation.
