As you work with colleagues and customers, you’ll discover an enhanced self-assurance and a greater understanding of the dynamics within insurance organizations. Also, understanding how agencies function is essential training for both insurance agency and company personnel. Testing is not required to get CE or to maintain a CISR designation. Testing is only required if obtaining your CISR designation. Testing will be through TNA’s online LMS and will be available to you the following Monday, 12:01 AM until Thursday, 11:59 PM Central.
