The Claims Department and Your Agency
This class will give you an inside look at a claims department. You will learn what the typical day looks like for adjusters at all levels. What challenges do adjusters face? How does claims management ensure that service is a priority for your clients? An agency and its staff should be concerned about the claims departments for their carriers since that may be the only interaction your clients ever have with a carrier. You will learn how to build a better relationship with claims adjusters and ensure your clients' claims experience is excellent. When the claims department and your agency work together, the happier your clients will be as well.

How To Maintain Motivation and Increase Sales
Are you finding it hard to stay motivated or to increase your sales? Are you tired of hearing the word “NO!”? This class will discuss different avenues on how to obtain motivation and how to maintain that motivation. Learn what motivates you and how to use that to your advantage when it comes to insurance sales.

Ever wondered what exactly is Customer Experience and how it is measured? Why should you be concerned with Customer Experience within your agency? This class will explain Customer Experience to you and how you can maintain excellent Customer Experience scores with your customers. Learn how to service new customers and existing customers in order to retain their business and their loyalty. This session will also include a discussion on new technology that can assist to make sure your customers’ needs are met in a timely manner.
